Hi, I’m Jaco Schuurman, a 45-year-old man who’s been in the trenches of modern life — juggling work, family, and the constant bombardment of screens and demands. Like many men, I struggled with low drive, declining testosterone, high cortisol, and the fog of low motivation and poor concentration. The modern world pushes us into a constant fight-or-flight mode, and with fast food, late nights, and bad habits, it’s easy to drown in the chaos and forget to take care of yourself.
